About New Haven Stays


As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules.

House Rules
  • No pets allowed without permission. Any damage caused by pets will result in an additional cleaning/damage fee (TBD)
  • Please clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
  • Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A $30 charge will be added for every extra guest.
  • No smoking inside the apartment or inside the building.
  • No parties or events.
  • Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is by 11AM.
  • A $25 charge will be added for any lost keys.
  • Please refrain from making loud noise past 10PM.
  • Please remove all trash from the apartment prior to your checkout. The trash is located just outside the back exit of the building in the gated area. Please separate your trash and recyclables.
  • If you have a true emergency (medical, fire, etc) please call 911 first, then report to the hosts (if possible).
